Fewer Spasms

 It was a calm day. We rested a lot and did some digging in the six-month-old stack of mail.  Some agencies are very generous in forgiving past-due fees when they hear about our situation.  Fewer spasms yesterday and not painful.  Praise God!💗🙏

    Thank the Lord for gracious people! In the name of Jesus I rebuke the spasms and tell them to go forever. I pray Father for continued healing and progress in every area for Rie and pray that her walker arrives quickly! Amen.

12/12/23 Update

 Today is Mia's 16th birthday.  The three of us went shopping for clothes for her yesterday.  It was the first time in over two years that Rie shopped without a wheelchair, using just a standard quad walker.   It almost felt like a normal pre-stroke shopping day, including the backache I used to get whenever we went shopping for clothes! Praise God. ❤️🙏

It’s been one year!

It’s been one year since Rie’s stroke on 7/30/2021. We’re thankful for the steady progress despite so many complications. Every apparent set back has proven to be a set up for something better. Praise the Lord! ❤️🙏
